Custom Shapes You can choose from our library of proven BIRCH shapes, or provide your own outline and specs. If you already have a template, we can build directly from it.

Finishing Services We offer a full range of finish options, including:

• Paint and color blocking
• Epoxy finishes
• Wood stains
• Clear coats (matte, satin, or gloss)

Minimum Orders Minimum quantities vary depending on board size, complexity, and finish work. Most custom runs fall between 10–20 boards.
